These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sybas99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sybas99.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, and features made available on the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise engaging with the sybas99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy .

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" — the sybas99 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at sybas99.cam.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player Balance" — the total MYR-denominated funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.
• "Real Funds" — Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited by the Player via an approved payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof of payment method documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action listed under Clause 9 of this Agreement that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Effective Date" — the date on which this version of the Agreement comes into force, as stated in the page header above.

To register and maintain an Account on sybas99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. sybas99 does not permit registration or gameplay by individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of sybas99 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or software supplier.
5. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and keep such information up to date at all times.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the sybas99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as appearing on your MyKad or passport)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (MYR)
• A unique username and a secure password of your choice

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sybas99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By accessing the sybas99 platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — that is, for personal entertainment through online gaming and sports betting activities. You agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform.

The Platform is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sybas99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain a 99.9% uptime standard, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.

sybas99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, promotion, or service offered on the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any obligations owed to Players in respect of active wagers or pending withdrawals.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome. sybas99 does not guarantee any particular outcome from gameplay or betting. The Platform provides entertainment services — not an investment vehicle or source of guaranteed income.

All financial transactions on sybas99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of Malaysian-native payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted subject to applicable minimum amounts.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the timeframe stipulated by your payment provider.
• sybas99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered Account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers may take between 15 and 60 minutes to complete.
• sybas99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified threshold amounts.

sybas99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this Clause and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 500 unless the applicable promotion specifies a lower cap. Bets placed in excess of this limit during a bonus period may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any derived winnings will be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus claim per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse and Misuse: sybas99 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where, in our reasonable determination, a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotional offer.

All games available on the sybas99 platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, poker, bingo, and lottery — are subject to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

sybas99's sports betting offering covers a broad range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other major international and domestic events. Betting markets, odds, and available wager types are subject to change without prior notice and at the Platform's sole discretion.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error affecting a game result or odds quote, sybas99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant staked amounts to Players' Accounts. sybas99's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in our FAQ.

All games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by recognised technical laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions or wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sybas99 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are prohibited from gambling by any applicable law or self-exclusion commitment.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error must be reported and will be voided.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering to fund an Account.
• Engaging in charge-backs or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Attempting to transfer Account balances, credits, or bonuses to another Player or third party.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions.

sybas99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A charge-back or payment dispute initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or notification from a relevant authority.
• Inactivity — Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee of MYR 50, applied until the Account balance reaches zero or the Player logs in to reactivate the Account.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than breach of this Agreement, any verified Real Funds balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and wagering-derived pending winnings are not returnable upon account closure resulting from a breach.

sybas99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players and may be activated at any time by contacting our support team or accessing the responsible gambling section of your Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing elapsed time and net gaming activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without fully closing your Account.

sybas99 strictly restricts access to Players aged 21 and above only. For players who feel that gambling is causing distress or financial harm, we encourage seeking support from qualified organisations.

All content on the sybas99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sybas99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of sybas99's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, or systematic extraction of Platform data — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sybas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss.

sybas99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. sybas99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or that access will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors.

sybas99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms come into effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the currently applicable version of this Agreement. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting our support team.
